From basic repairs to deep dive diagnostics,
we've got your back

Services We Provide

  • If one of your units is making a strange sound, your drain pan is full of water, or your heating or air conditioning system has failed, this is what you're looking for. Our cost to come out and diagnose your system is $85. Many basic repairs can be made the same day, with pricing provided onsite.

  • We aim to provide the highest quality heating and air conditioning maintenance. Our service is designed to make sure your system is running safely, prevent avoidable breakdowns, and verify the unit is operating as efficiently as possible. A one-time heat or AC maintenance starts at $125. We also have an annual maintenance plan that begins at $225 depending on the number of units you have, and includes one free service call and 10% off all repairs for the year.

    Our AC Maintenance Includes:
    - Clearing the drain line
    - Treating the drain line with drain cleaner
    - Checking the blower capacitor
    - Measure temperature differential
    - Examining ductwork for air leaks
    - Washing the outdoor unit
    - Checking the outdoor electrical components
    - Checking the refrigerant charge
    - Testing the outdoor capacitor

    Our Heat Maintenance Includes:
    - Combustion analysis
    - Checking and adjusting gas pressure
    - Changing the filter
    - Checking the temperature rise
    - Testing limit switches

  • Proper design for heating and air conditioning systems is unfortunately one of the most neglected aspects in the industry. We believe in using the best models and procedures possible to size your system, select your equipment, and design your ductwork. Using ACCA manuals J, S, D, and T, we generate a detailed report for your home which informs us how to best design your system. At the end of the project you will also receive that report, giving you the confidence that the job was actually done right.

  • Unless you are able to plan ahead, systems often end up being replaced during the times of year when we see the most extreme temperatures, since that is when they tend to fail. We strive to make the installation process as painless as possible by never pressuring you into any decisions, clearly communicating timelines and expectations, and never outsourcing our work so that the quality is always up to our top-notch standards. We also provide portable AC units during the summer to keep the temperatures in your home bearable until we can get your new system installed.

  • Do you have a problem with your house that no one else has been able to solve? Sadly, most home comfort and health problems have had just about every solution thrown at the problem with no actual testing. We offer testing that provides us with data, allowing us to prove and not guess at what's wrong. Prescription without diagnosis is malpractice, so let us help you figure out that health or comfort problem that is keeping you up at night. We diagnose and try to resolve dust problems, allergy issues, uncomfortable rooms, systems that can't keep up, funky smells, and anything else you can think of.

    Tools we use:

    • Blower door: tests the airtightness of a home

    • Thermal imaging: identifies insulation issues

    • Flow hood: verifies proper airflow to rooms

    • Precision manometer: ensures your duct system is sized correctly and that each room has proper pressure balance

    • Measurequick: software that calculates system capacity and identifies common system issues

    • Duct blaster: tests duct system tightness
